Global Fertility Crisis
As its been said before, Population grow is vital for the worlds economy. In this document you're going here about different stories of women's fertility and not just about how many babies they've had, but how they've adapted, their workforce and how much money they are receiving and the intakes on child birth.

Women in France have just about the same rights as men in France. They have mostly the same income, rights , high education, status etc. This wouldnt be possible without the many benefits such as publlicday cares that accept babies as young as 3 months called crèches. Celine Grislain has 3 children, 5 3 and 1. She is married and works at the Ministry of health Paris. Although she had to go into work 4 months delayed then planned when she had her first child, she wasnt set back. But as Celine had her 2 other children as times passes nobody responded when she told them she needed a bigger team to post manage because her birth didn't affect their decision. The two older kids attend a nurseyschool run by the state so you can already imagine how much money that must be. Plus having the youngest with a nanny a lot for the time. Celine states how when you have children you become "more efficient" but you also have a lot more to worry with the kidsand work, but obviously you put your children first. Celine says,"I get a small amount of financial support for working at 80%" which is around  155 a month. She receives familybenifits, child care , tax credits for the nanny etc. Addingonto the nanny and day cares there's also lots of shopping, doctors appointmennts etc. The fertility rate in France 1.96 per women, Celine with having 3 children does struggle with her income but makes it work with what she's provided with.

Womens earnings Saudi Arabia are 22% of men. What if the women didnt have a man to support her anther child, how does the government expect women to provide for these children the rates of income aren't being handled correctly. Lubna Alkhladi is 34 working as " fashion deginerand anchor at her local TV station in Damman. She is single and makes 102,400 a year. Lubna believes that she doesn't need a man to support her ,espcallynot through motherhood. She does not have a child but she wants to create a family , " through her own conditions" When she was at the right age to be married she wasn't given the choice choose her husband which is why she isn't married. She works long hours everyday and she is very happy with her life designs. Most people support her but others dont, she really doesn't care how the Saudi people follow the rules, she lives her own life and is happy. She is among the first women to drive and has a car. even thought the  income rates for women where she lives are low, she continues to support herself and believes that she could support a child as well. 2.53 births per women is the fertility rate in Saudi Arabia.

The decline chinas fertility rate is caused by the working of women. Women in Chinain fact have an average of 1.7 live births. Summer Guan is 36 and works for a state owned company in  Beijing.   She is married and has 1 child ,making an average of 34,000 a year. The first thought she had when she discovered she was pregnant was her job. She was always at work, working late shifts and being atypical career women before she became pregnant. She went on a business tripfoprwork she was sent on ,  the boss knowing she was pregnant and when she returned she was sick and needed to go on sick leave for the babies health. Her salary was suspended because she failed to give her work the required documents for sick leave. After she went through so much she decided to file a lawsuit. On top of having the baby soon and this , she would be spending lots of money. Because of the   rough time she had with contemplating her child and job, she suffered from many mental disorders and regrets many of of decisions.

Nigeria has very high fertility rates, women have na average 5.5 live births. Abosede George-Organ is 36 and has director level at the Lagos state employment trust fund. She is married and has 3 children who are 4 and 2(twins). Her annual salary is about 27,000. People worried about her fertility, she was married at 31 and graduated school at 20. people told her that the" clock was ticking" and economics had to do with it. in other people points of views, you were successful big you focused on your carrier, but Abosede didnt see it that way. She was happy with her life and how old she was when everything worked out, even if other people didn't agree with her. Abosede may not make much but she has made her life designs and knows she has to deal with them.

Fertility rates is the number of children born per women. Geographers use this to see what areas around the world have different fertitly rates and why. Something geographers have discovered that fertility rate tend to be lower in industrialized civilizations, one reason of this is because of greater access to health care. These 4 articles showed the difference in fertility in different places and the factors and effects on women.
